It is not everyday that you get to celebrate a 30 year milestone with an employee who has been an integral part of the Rebsons Labels team.

On 20 April 1994, Norman began his career with Rebsons Labels as a cleaner. At the time he could not have imagined the incredible path that lay ahead of him. After 6 months, his strong work ethic led to a promotion in a rewinder role. It was clear that Norman was someone who was always ready to take new challenges and responsibilities.

After excelling in rewinding his leadership potential was recognised. He was promoted to Night Shift Foreman in Quality Control and Mounting of plates where he spent 8 years leading his Night shift team.

Today he serves as an integral part of our team. His experience across multiple departments, combined with his understanding of factory operations has made him a driving force within Rebsons Labels.

Throughout his career, Norman  has  become a mentor to countless colleagues. His wisdom and willingness to share his experience has made him a trusted leader and  inspiration to others. Normans ability to guide others and his approachable demeanour has created a lasting impact on many staff members.
